Happy Hat day
Today is our first Happy Hat Day!
Tonight our family, has been invited to Happy Hat Day at our friends house.
What is Happy Hat Day. I am still wondering, but apparently it is a tradition that was started with our friends family about 23 years ago as a practical joke and it stuck.
This event always happens the day before Thanksgiving, as a get together where we are all supposed to wear a silly hat for the day.
This crazy image was borrowed from the Gallery of Kitschy Stiches. Over at Stichy McYarnpants blog. If you have never seen it, then run to the bathroom, empty your mouth of all liquids and grab tissues, because you will be laughing until you either wet yourself, spit your drink on your monitor, or cry.
So, with that in mind. Gather up your friends, family, and adopted family and don your silly hats, and spend tonight being thankful that these people have come into your life, and will love you no matter what god awful hat you put on!
